The Opportunity This is not a traditional "keep the servers running" role. You will be a key member of our engineering team, responsible for designing, automating, securing, and scaling the infrastructure that powers Collekto's growing SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering  Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure.  Build highly available and fault-tolerant environments.  Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.  Manage production, staging, and development environments. CI/CD & Automation  Design and maintain modern CI/CD pipelines.  Automate application deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational processes.  Champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.  Reduce deployment risks and improve release velocity. Reliability & Observability  Build comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.  Define and track platform SLAs, SLOs, and reliability metrics.  Lead incident response and root-cause analysis.  Drive continuous improvement through automation and operational excellence. Security & Compliance  Implement cloud security best practices.  Manage secrets, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.  Support compliance initiatives and audit readiness.  Establish DevSecOps practices across the engineering lifecycle. Collaboration  Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams.  Enable developers through self-service infrastructure and deployment tooling.  Contribute to architecture decisions and platform strategy. Technical Skills Must-Have  4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles.  Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.  Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes.  Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms.  Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.  Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.  Experience with monitoring and observability tools.  Strong understanding of networking, Linux administration, and cloud security. Preferred  Experience supporting multi-tenant SaaS applications.  Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, or similar distributed systems.  Exposure to FinTech, Banking, Collections, or RegTech platforms.  Experience implementing security frameworks and compliance controls.  Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure and modern cloud-native architectures.
