Role Description We are seeking a

DevOps Engineer(Part-Time) with expertise in managing Azure-based infrastructure for single-tenant SaaS applications. The role involves maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of cloud environments, and supporting SaaS deployments for multiple clients. You will monitor system performance, manage incidents, and collaborate closely with development teams to streamline deployments and operations. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in the SaaS and private equity domain.

Key Roles & Responsibilities ● Azure Infrastructure Management: ● Deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure for single-tenant SaaS applications. ● Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of Azure-based resources. ● CI/CD Pipeline: ● Maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment processes. ● Basic knowledge of updating / managing Databases ● SaaS Platform Operations: ● Monitor and maintain SaaS deployments for multiple US-based clients. ● Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues. ● Ensure compliance with SLAs for uptime and performance. ● Monitoring and Incident Management: ● Implement monitoring tools for proactive issue detection (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics). ● Respond to incidents and provide resolution within agreed timelines. ● Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth deployments and environment parity across staging and production. ● Provide DevOps guidance to the team to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications ● Minimum 3 years in DevOps roles with hands-on experience in Azure and SaaS platforms. ● Strong expertise in Azure services: Virtual Machines, App Services, Function apps, Azure Container Apps, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Storage Azure AI Service etc. ● Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions. ● Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates. ● Solid understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). ● Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor).

Preferred: ● Experience in managing single-tenant SaaS architectures. ● Familiarity with compliance standards relevant to the SaaS and private equity domain (e.g. GDPR).
