DevOps Engineer - 1

Responsibilities:

• Intelligently plan, build, and own parts of the infrastructure.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Work closely with application developers and help build environments.
• Explore and identify the right tools for infrastructure/application monitoring.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure/application issues.
• Demonstrate a very high degree of ownership when it comes to system metrics.
• Build defence mechanisms to ensure information security.
• Work with auditors and Infosec counterparts from the bank to assure them of our data security.
• Own the documentation for processes and keep it up to date.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in building infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform. DevOps and Platform Engineering: CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, Terraform, CloudFormation, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Helm, etc.
• Containers and Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ingress Controllers/Gateways, Service Mesh.
• On-Prem and Banking Infrastructure: Linux Administration, VPNs, Firewalls, Proxy Servers, SSL/TLS, Disaster Recovery, Compliance and Security Standards, etc.
• Monitoring and Observability: OpenTelemetry, Alerting, Production Troubleshooting, RCA, etc.
• Automation, Scripting: Shell Scripting, Python/Go.
