Mandatory Skill to Apply: Devops + Multi Cloud( Any 2- AWS/Azure/GCP) + CI/CD or Jenkins + Git + IAC (Terraform or Automation or Ansible)

Core / Must-Have Skills:-

• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps
• Strong hands-on Terraform
• Docker & Kubernetes
• At least one managed Kubernetes platform: EKS / AKS / GKE
• Helm and/or Argo CD
• Python and/or Shell/Bash scripting
• Practical experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• DevSecOps pipeline integration
• Monitoring/observability experience
• Git and modern branching/deployment strategies
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application delivery and cloud environments

Detailed JD:

The Multi-Cloud DevOps, DevSecOps & Platform Engineer will design, build, automate and support modern software delivery and cloud platform solutions across AWS, Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, cloud platforms, observability and automation. The engineer will collaborate with application, cloud, security and operations teams to build secure, scalable and reusable deployment solutions while improving release reliability and engineering efficiency.

Candidates should have strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP). Exposure to additional cloud platforms and multi-cloud environments is preferred.

1. CI/CD & DevOps Engineering

• Design, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and/or Jenkins.
• Implement Git-based workflows, reusable pipeline templates, artifact management, environment promotion, approvals and rollback mechanisms.
• Implement GitOps deployment practices using Argo CD and Helm for Kubernetes workloads.
• Integrate automated testing, code-quality checks and security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot pipeline and deployment failures and improve build and release efficiency.
• Build reusable pipeline components and automation to support consistent software delivery.

2. Infrastructure as Code & Automation

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Build reusable Terraform modules and manage remote state, versions, variables and environment configurations.
• Implement IaC validation, testing and configuration/drift-management practices.
• Use Ansible for configuration management and infrastructure automation where required.
• Develop Python and Shell/Bash automation for infrastructure provisioning, API integration and Day-2 operational activities.
• Automate repeatable infrastructure and platform activities to reduce manual intervention.

3. DevSecOps & Security Automation

• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines, including SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC scanning, container/image scanning and secrets detection.
• Implement secure artifact, container image and dependency-management practices.
• Integrate secrets-management and key-management solutions with pipelines and application deployments.
• Apply appropriate access controls and least-privilege principles for pipeline and runtime identities.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support automated security and compliance validation within the software delivery lifecycle.

4. Multi-Cloud & PaaS Engineering

• Implement DevOps and deployment solutions across AWS, Azure and/or GCP.
• Work with relevant PaaS and serverless services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
• Support application teams with standardized approaches for build, deployment, configuration, secrets, networking and monitoring.
• Leverage cloud-native services while maintaining reusable and consistent DevOps practices.
• Support hybrid and multi-cloud deployment requirements where applicable.

5. Containers, Kubernetes & GitOps

• Build, deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with managed Kubernetes platforms such as Amazon EKS, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and/or Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Implement Kubernetes application packaging and deployments using Helm and Argo CD.
• Configure deployments, autoscaling, ingress, secrets, configuration and application upgrade strategies.
• Integrate container/image scanning and Kubernetes security controls into CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot application deployment, container and Kubernetes platform issues across environments.

6. Observability & SRE Practices

• Implement monitoring and observability across applications, infrastructure and Kubernetes using Datadog, Dynatrace and/or cloud-native monitoring tools.
• Configure and manage metrics, logs, traces, dashboards and alerts.
• Support SLI/SLO-based monitoring, incident management and operational runbooks.
• Automate common operational, monitoring and remediation activities.
• Analyze telemetry to improve application reliability, deployment stability and platform performance.
• Participate in incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous reliability improvements.
