The Team

Our DevOps team focuses on streamlining software development and deployment processes by leveraging cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, and modern CI/CD practices. The team works closely with development, QA, and operations teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure, enabling faster and more reliable software delivery.

Your Work Profile

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, CI/CD automation, and monitoring tools, along with a solid understanding of security best practices and production environment management.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, with GCP preferred.
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices architecture.
• Extensive experience in developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Git and version control systems.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Splunk.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Go, or similar programming languages.
• Experience in designing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade environments with high availability, scalability, and security.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, and messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning, patch management, security assessments, and secure deployment strategies.
• Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and resource utilization strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with development, QA, and operations teams, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD implementation.
