Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong emphasis on systems automation and DevOps engineering.
• Python Mastery: Exceptional proficiency in Python 3.x, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and advanced automation scripting.
• Scripting Complement: High proficiency in combining Python logic with Linux system administration and Bash scripting.
• Database Management: Competency writing optimized queries for structured and unstructured data repositories like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Version Control: Mastery of Git workflows, code-reviews, and infrastructure-as-code repository structures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python web scrapers and parsing libraries (e.g., Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium) for automated data collection.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator).
• Familiarity with infrastructure configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
