Experience - 8+ years
Description –
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps, with at least 3-4 years of hands-on expertise in Copado.
- Proficiency in Salesforce metadata, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Hands-on experience with Copado, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, and other DevOps tools.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and test automation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security best practices
- Leadership: Proven experience leading DevOps teams or initiatives in a Salesforce ecosystem.
- Certifications: o Copado certifications, Copado Developer, Administrator, are required.
- Salesforce Admin (preferred) o Salesforce Platform Developer I/II (nice to have).
