1. Repository Migration Git Governance
Lead Bitbucket Azure Repos migration or provide repository migration expertise.
Assess repository structure, dependencies, branches, tags, history, and access requirements.
Define migration approach, validation strategy, and cutover plan.
Establish Git governance standards including branching strategy, pull request workflow, code review process, and repository standards.

2. CI/CD Architecture Engineering Standards
Define enterprise CI/CD architecture and application delivery framework.
Design standardized CI/CD workflows covering:
Build and packaging;Testing
Artifact management
Deployment
Validation
Define DevSecOps integration standards including SAST, SCA, security scanning, and quality gates.
Define deployment and release strategies across environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
Establish CI/CD governance, security, and operational standards.

3. Pipeline Templates Reusable Frameworks
Design reusable Azure DevOps YAML pipeline templates and Golden Pipeline framework.
Define standardized templates for:
Build pipelines
Deployment pipelines
Security scanning
Quality gates
Approval workflows
Notifications
Establish template versioning, lifecycle management, and adoption guidelines.
Enable application teams to onboard using standardized pipeline frameworks.

4. Application CI/CD Implementation Optimization
Implement and onboard application CI/CD pipelines onto Azure DevOps.
Analyze application technology stacks, build processes, deployment requirements, and environment dependencies.
Define application-specific pipeline configurations aligned with enterprise standards.
Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to development teams.
