Job Overview DEVELOPMENT_LEAD_LEVEL_1 - HARNESSES AND CONNECTORS-To provide technical leadership to a group of release engineers. Responsible for developing part designs and/or systems assuring that design rules are followed, and design practices are implemented, consistently across all components and systems within the organization. Additionally, support the Development Team in assessing and developing the technical know-how of the organization and support Fellows to develop/maintain technical policies.
