Development Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Architect and design scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Ensure the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability
• Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team meets delivery timelines
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, guiding the team in implementing best practices for both front-end and back-end development
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing any bottlenecks or technical issues
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation within the team and the broader organization
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions
• Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, to streamline development workflows
• Support career development for team members, providing mentorship and identifying opportunities for skill enhancement and growth
