Development Engineer

1.Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for HMC & VMC machines using CAM software and manual programming where required.
2. Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications to create machining processes.
3. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for efficient operations.

4. Perform machine setup, prove-out of new programs, and validate first-off parts.
5. Monitor and optimize machining cycle times, tool life, and part quality.

and get the same approved from concern department Manager. 6.Troubleshoot machining problems and provide corrective actions.
7. Maintain program documentation, tool sheets, and process sheets for standardization.
8. Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams for continuous improvement.

9.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
10. Maintain Quality Records/MIS data of the Development department. 11. Implementation of Corrective/Preventive actions on product / process/system related non
conformances. 12. To perform required robotics programming tasks as assigned
