Responsibilities

• Execute all engineering changes arising from internal stakeholders
• Impliment actions identified for capacity enhancement
• Impliment identified PACE projects as per the timeline
• Frequent audit on finished goods stock of supplier both online / offline
• Have signoff agreement with suppliers on all development actions related to PACE, Capacity, Quality & Delivery
• Constant search of waste elimination initiave in process & raw material, logistics, packing etc
• Bring out the need for additional suppliers induction based on QCDD performance of current supplier

NPD

• Conduct APQP process plan Development of parts required for given project
• Develop parts to support proto Alpha, Beta & QP requirements as per project milestones
• Meet target cost of parts / assembly from Design Stage onwards
• Create capacity as per identified actions, whereever it is required as per guideline provided by respective CP -CH

Qualifications

• Education Qualification: Diploma/BE
