- Job Title : Developer
- Job Summary : This hybrid role is for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser developer with five to eight years of hands on delivery. The developer will design and implement data driven journeys that improve customer experiences while supporting supply chain and operations programs. The role supports day shift work with no travel requirements.

- Responsibilities : -Design and implement data driven customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimiser to deliver consistent and measurable outcomes across channels -Configure and optimize Adobe Experience Platform schemas datasets identities and segments to support precise audience targeting and activation -Develop and maintain reusable journey components and templates that improve development efficiency and ensure consistent experience quality -Integrate Adobe solutions with enterprise systems through secure APIs and batch processes to enable trusted data exchange and event flows -Collaborate with product owners architects and business partners to translate journey and campaign requirements into robust technical designs -Implement robust error handling monitoring and alerting for journeys and workflows to minimize customer impact and improve operational resilience -Perform code reviews unit testing and journey simulations to ensure quality reliability and compliance with internal engineering standards -Analyze journey performance metrics and customer interaction data to identify improvement opportunities and optimize conversion outcomes -Document solution designs configurations and runbooks in clear and maintainable form to support future enhancements and operational continuity -Support hybrid working model by using collaboration tools and practices that maintain transparency and shared understanding across distributed teams -Align journey implementations with supply chain and operations processes where applicable to improve fulfillment accuracy and customer satisfaction -Coordinate with program management partners to align delivery timelines scope and dependencies with broader initiative roadmaps -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to development practices automation and platform governance -Qualifications -Demonstrate five to eight years of experience as a developer working with marketing technology platforms including significant focus on Adobe Experience Platform -Show strong hands on experience configuring and using Adobe Journey Optimiser for real time orchestration audience evaluation and message execution -Apply advanced skills in data modeling SQL and event based design to build scalable and reliable data foundations for journeys -Exhibit solid understanding of customer data privacy considerations consent handling and secure data practices within digital experience platforms -Utilize experience in supply chain and operations domains when available to design journeys that reflect realistic order and service life cycles -Leverage exposure to program management practices to manage scope communicate risks and support structured delivery in a hybrid work model -Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams and explain technical concepts in accessible language
