• Responsibility includes business requirement analysis/SSD/ Data Structures and managing the development. This includes both self and also team.
• Project Management and handling of delivery as per efforts /priorities agreed.
• Bring Domain & subject matter expertise to the initiative, project and solution implementation

Job Context & Major Challenges Job Context: ABM has a daily turnover of over 1,000 crores and has been rapidly improving its market shares in the various segments it operates in. In the otherwise fragmented equity broking business, ABM has doubled it market share to over 1.6% of retail cash equity volumes in the last 18 months. The commodity market shares have also doubled during this period. ABM remains one of the largest distributor for BSLI and BSLAMC and the largest distributor for other manufacturing organisations within ABFSG. ABM brings value to other line of business within ABFSG and adds Rs ~ 25-30 Crores to the bottom line of BSLI / BSLAMC / ABFL / ABPE etc… ABM works in a highly regulated environment with a host of regulators like SEBI, RBI, AMFI, FMC, IRDA etc. regulating it’s day to day operations.In addition to the regulator ABM is also subject to close monitoring and inspection through various agencies like NSE / BSE / NCDX / MCX/ NSDL / CDSL etc ABM also operates in a highly competitive market mainly in fragmented industry with ABML competition from major National Broking houses like ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities, Angel Broking, MOFSL etc. and a range of local Broking outfits. On the other hand ABMML competition is from Major Distribution Houses like NJ India Invest, Bajaj Capital Prudent, IIFL and a range of Banks (both Indian and MNC). The team under the business solution group will be responsible for Branch management system as well as MIS consolidation through Data Warehousing and automation.

• Data Warehouse and MIS Consolidation. The scope is to reduce cost and improve process efficiency eliminating manual intervention in preparation of Mis and also providing a common interface (dashboard) to provide the complete health of the Organization which includes both Operations /Sales Team.
• The Branch Management System will be assisting the servicing of the following
• Branch Servicing ( B2B) .Branch Expenses Drill down/expenses analysis, Payment reminders, Profitability, Legal Cases/tracking
• Branch Servicing Customers(B2C): (Customer Information/Active Dormant Details/Brokerages/CRM interactions)
• Branch Servicing Employee (B2E): Branch Employee Masters/Dealer Productivity/Incentive Employee claims and status. The team will have to manage and handle the overall end to end solution and implementation of the above said modules .Constantly engaging with the respective functional owners Ensuring & understanding on product delivery priority in line with Business Objectives, resource planning and time lines. Wide level of engagement with both internal and external stakeholders and constant adhering to Business Priorities and efficiency in process.

• Common portal Servicing portal for B2B,B2C and B2E
• Utilitity Bills/Employee details/Sales structure… KRA2 Datewarehousing and MIS consolidation Reduce manual intervention and stream line MIS consolidation by way of automation and delivering in a common platform. This will cover all metrics across all functions Market Share, Segment/exchange/instrument Revenue Breakup (Segment/Exchange/Instrument) Profitability (Overall Cost/Administrative Expense/IT Exp/Branch Profitability/Target Vs Revenue). Sales Process Tracking of Dealer productivity, research Calls. Interface to dealers as per business logic to reach out for research call to target customers. KRA3 Business requirement gathering
• Documentation of Business requirement/FSD/SSD
• Getting the solution document covering the requirement, approach, technical stack and data elements covering all systems/integration and architecture. Platform delivery time lines and effort estimation.
• Own the project initiative & periodic review.
• Responsible for coordinating for steering committee meetings
• IT operations automation requirements alignment with business process and business operations resource allocation
• Bring domain & subject matter expertise to the initiative. KRA4 Management of Application Owner of the application Classify changes into projects enhancement, errors and fix on time. SIT and movement of changes in production, Impact analysis. KRA5 Teams Management
• Managing the development teams.
• Constantly review performance /time sheet and key indicators.
