The purpose of this role is to delivery of end-to-end Smart Automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and digital transformation. The role ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions while guiding teams and stakeholders through successful implementation.
Location: Airoli

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with solution architects to ensure scalable, robust, and maintainable automation designs.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality automation scripts and workflows across Smart Automation technologies.
- Define and enforce quality assurance standards, including code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
- Integrate automation solutions with diverse enterprise systems and platforms.
- Lead project planning, estimation, execution, and milestone tracking across design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and mitigate risks, including scope changes, technology constraints, and security concerns.
- Mentor team members, address skill gaps, and build capability within the automation team.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across business.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Technology/Engineering or a related field
- Must have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath (core development skill).
- Strong Python scripting expertise
- Practical experience working with databases
- Good-to-have Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure)
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile SDLC environments
- SAP automation experience preferred
