14988 - Junior HRIS Consultant for Workday HCM, Bengaluru - 1-2 Years. . Location Bengaluru. Minimum Experience 1. Maximum Experience 2. Mandatory Skills Workday HCM, ITSM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Operational support of Workday HCM solutions through ticket management and small enhancement requests.
• Support existing Workday HCM products.
• Manage tickets and bug fixes.
• Implement small enhancements and configuration requests.
• Support user stories and BAU activities.
• Daily tasks include: Ticket handling and prioritisation. Bug fixing. Small configuration changes. Workday HCM maintenance. User story implementation. Support for Time Absence and other HCM processes.
• Shift timings: Flexible to work as per India shift or Europe shift based on project needs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience of hands-on Workday configuration support.
• Workday HCM knowledge (Core HR).
• Experience supporting Live Workday environments.
• Ticketing and BAU support experience.
