About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack AI Engineer / Dev Lead with 8 to 12 years of expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, React, Azure, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack application development, cloud-native architectures, AI-enabled solutions, and technical leadership. This role combines hands-on engineering, solution design, innovation, and delivery ownership while driving scalable and intelligent business solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java, React, and Azure technologies.
• Build scalable and secure full-stack solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop modern user interfaces and responsive web applications using React and related frontend technologies.
• Design and implement backend services, APIs, and microservices using Java-based frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities and intelligent automation features into business applications.
• Develop cloud-native applications leveraging Azure services and modern architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and solution planning activities.
• Implement security, reliability, performance, and scalability best practices across applications.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and engineering guidelines.
• Troubleshoot application issues and conduct root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Optimize application performance and improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, and DevOps practices.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor team members and contribute to engineering standards, reusable frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in full-stack software development and enterprise application delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern backend development frameworks.
• Extensive experience developing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong experience building REST APIs, microservices, and distributed applications.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience integrating AI and Machine Learning capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Understanding of Generative AI, AI services, intelligent automation, and AI-powered application architectures.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise solutions.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence principles.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization capabilities.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide practical technical leadership.
• Experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions with focus on security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead teams and drive successful project delivery.
