About Position An MSPA Developer is a highly skilled technology professional specializing in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise application development, automation, and system integration, enabling organizations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.The MSPA Developer plays a critical role in building scalable applications using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

What You’ll Do

• They design customized solutions tailored to business needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and external applications
• This often involves developing plugins, APIs, and connectors using .NET technologies such as C, along with leveraging Azure services for extended capabilities and cloud-based deployments
• A key responsibility of an MSPA Developer includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and delivering high-quality solutions
• They collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end users, to ensure that the developed applications align with organizational goals Strong communication skills are essential, as developers are often required to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• From a technical perspective, MSPA Developers possess expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including C, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end libraries such as React or Angular
• They also have hands-on experience with database design and optimization, working with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Dataverse to manage and store data efficiently

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Between 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience in a Dev Lead or similar role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Microsoft, Type Script, C.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Master's degree (preferred) in Computer Applications (MCA), Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), or equivalent are highly desirable
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure certifications are an added advantage
• Strong understanding of enterprise application development, system integration, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices
• Relevant certifications in Agile/Scrum methodologies are preferred for leadership responsibilities
