About Position The MSPA Senior Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, primarily Power Automate. The role focuses on enabling business process automation, improving operational efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure automation solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Desktop Flows) to streamline business processes
• Build end-to-end Power Platform solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Develop custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and third-party applications
• Lead the design of reusable frameworks, templates, and best practices for automation solutions to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing workflows for performance, reliability, and security
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection standards across all automation implementations
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership, guidance, and best practices for Power Platform development
• Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and provide end-user support and training when required

Expertise You’ll Bring

• Between 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience in a Dev Lead or similar role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Microsoft, Automation, Dataverse.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Master’s degree (preferred but not mandatory) in a relevant discipline
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (such as PL-200, PL-400, or equivalent) are highly desirable
