Job Summary

Were looking for a draftsman to join our office. The detailer will work on complex projects across the country. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD and have experience working on a variety of projects. The role will require the person to work closely with architects, urban designers, and the design team to create accurate technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings for schematic, tender, and Good for Construction submissions with utmost accuracy and precision.
• Prepare details with consideration for constructability and adherence to building bye-laws.
• Understand HCPs design philosophy for details and incorporate them while detailing.
• Develop a tailor-made working drawing list for each project.

Qualifications

• Education: ITI/ Diploma Civil Draughtsman or Certification in AutoCAD/ ArchiCAD.
• Years: 0 to 5 years
• Industry: Architecture / Urban Design

Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of building bye-laws and constructability
• Ability to detail drawings with precision and clarity
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Time and priority management
• Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of GIS
