Role Summary:
Responsible for creating, reviewing, and optimizing piping designs, routing, and documentation using SP3D and AutoCAD, while coordinating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure accurate and clash-free deliverables.
What Youll Do:
- Model piping and equipment using SP3D and detail designs using AutoCAD
- Review clash checks using SPR and generate clash check reports for comment resolution
- Generate inputs from 3D models for stress analysis and coordinate with the stress analysis team for routing optimization
- Model pipe supports in SP3D as per stress analysis output
- Extract isometrics, validate MTO/BOQ/EBOM, and check deliverables
- Collaborate with other engineering groups to gather required inputs for piping design
- Prepare and maintain design calculations, MTOs, and BOM documentation
- Update drawings to reflect design changes and revisions
- Perform self-checks for accuracy and completeness of designs
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in piping design
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Professional experience in piping design, pipe routing, equipment modeling, critical lines, isometrics, and detailing
- Experience with SP3D for modeling and AutoCAD for detailing
- Experience reviewing clash checks using SPR and generating related reports
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Experience preparing and maintaining design documentation, MTOs, and BOMs
Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor s degree in mechanical engineering, Piping Design or related field
