Role Summary:
Provide engineering governance, technical validation, and construction assurance for Solar PV projects. Act as an independent technical review and approval authority, supporting project execution teams. Focus on plant layout, design, and compliance with renewable energy standards.
What Youll Do:
- Review and approve detailed design documents, including plant layout drawings, GA drawings, installation principles, and construction methodology documents
- Analyze BOQ and validate design of Module Mounting Structures (fixed tilt & tracker), foundation designs, and verify design calculations
- Review vendor technical evaluation reports and validate compliance of modules, inverters, transformers, and BESS containers
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience in solar plant engineering and construction
- Hands-on experience with FAT procedures, vendor inspections, and technical approvals
- Strong experience with EPC projects and renewable energy standards
- Coordination and communication skills with OEMs, EPCs, and internal teams
- Knowledge of IS Codes, IEC standards, survey drawings, and topography
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, standards, and test reports
- In-depth knowledge of detail design of Solar, especially plant layout and equipment arrangement
