Job Description (Diploma Engineer Trainee - Tool Room)

Position Title: Diploma Engineer Trainee
Location: Pune

Offered Grade: T-O1 (Trainee- Engineer)

Offered CTC : 2.75 LPA (inclusive of Employer PF & Gratuity & Group Accident Insurance) + Free Bus Travel

Nature of Employment:
On-roll, Full-time, On-site

Experience: Fresher (Entry Level)

Qualification: Mandatory : Diploma in Tool & Die Making

Age group- 18 ~ 25 yrs.

Technical/Functional Knowledge and Skills required:

1) Basic knowledge of reading & interpreting drawings and GD&T.
2) Knowledge of manufacturing processes and tool room operations
3) Basic understanding of CNC programming and machining.
4) Familiarity with AutoCAD/SolidWorks/CATIA is an advantage.

Any unique soft skill / behavioral requirement:
1) Should be able to coordinate between different production lines, supervisors to achieve given targets.
2) Should be capable of dealing with both on roll & contractual manpower.
3) Good communication skills.
4) Should be interested to work in both a shop-floor as well as an office environment.

Key Deliverables / Accountabilities of the Position:
1) Assist in manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and cutting tools.
2) Operate and monitor CNC machines
3) Look after the tools and components conform to engineering drawings and specifications.

Points to be noted.
1) You will undergo a one-year training period, followed by a six-month probation period.
2) Immediate joiners are required.
