1. Inspect received lot from our company

2. Communicate to our plant if any issue in incoming lot

3. Customer production line to be monitoring done

4. If any customer end production line side issue , resolve /rework to line support with customer approval.

5. Communicate customer line issue to our plant and get proper action .with your proper obseravtion and analysis.

6. Avoid customer complaint and debit, reduce customer PPM, rejection

7. Understanding the customer rejections and customer complaints on daily basis

8. 5s Maintain at work table, Inspection table and storage area

9. Part identification tag system should be followed and verified like rejection , hold, rework

10. Proper accounting our invoice , colloect our bin and send back to our plant

11. Cutomer end stock to be shared everyday

12. Quality& quantity maintain at customer end stock to avoid line stop
