Hiring: L1 IT Desktop Support Engineer (Workspace Management)

Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (On-site)
Experience: 1 to 3 Years

We are hiring an enthusiastic L1 IT Workspace Management Engineer to act as the primary point of contact for internal IT technical support in Guntur.

Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot hardware, laptops, desktops, peripherals, and Windows OS issues.
Perform system setups, basic software installations, updates, and configuration management.
Resolve basic network connectivity and remote access/VDI access issues.
Provide conference room A/V support (projectors, video conferencing systems, audio setups).
Monitor basic server health and document incidents accurately in ticketing systems.

Requirements:

13 years in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or service desk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and hardware components.
Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
