Job Description

We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer L0 to provide first-level technical assistance to users and resolve basic desktop, laptop, operating system, and application-related issues. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build their career in IT support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, Windows OS, and application-related issues.
• Troubleshoot basic login issues, password resets, and network connectivity problems.
• Assist users with MS Office applications and common software issues.
• Troubleshoot printers, peripherals, and basic hardware problems.
• Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support team.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company IT procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 01 year of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support.
• Freshers with basic IT knowledge may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop/laptop hardware.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications and basic troubleshooting.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Important Requirements

• Candidates must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
• Face-to-face interview is mandatory.
• Candidates must be willing to work at Malad West, Mumbai.
