About this role
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems.
Role & responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Provide support for Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, email configuration, and access permissions.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
- Resolve employee IT issues and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech qualification is compulsory.
- 02 - 03 years of experience in desktop/IT support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software, and basic networking.
