Desktop Support Engineer
Experience : 2 - 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Experience in the following:
Handling calls as per SLA related to:
- E-Mail Configuration
- Hardware, Desktops & Laptops
- Printers & Scanners
- Active Directory - Addition & Deletion
- Mobile Devices like IOS & Android for basic email troubleshoot
- MS Office
Working on Anti-Virus updates
Working on OS - Windows latest version
Updating CTS
2. Troubleshooting all network and application issues and providing recommendations to ensure better customer services
3. Documentation & MIS reporting
4. Compliance management and escalating issues if required
Desired Candidate Profile:
BE/B. Tech, Diploma in (EEE / ECE / CSE / IT)
Good Communication Skills & Language proficiency
