Deliver technical process and soft skills .

Coordinate refresher and upskilling sessions based on operational needs

support transition and project specific training,

create and update training materials, SOPs .

Monitor training completion scores.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate.

Good communication skills,

Willing to work in rotational shifts.
