Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide remote desktop support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to their computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Configure new employee accounts on the company's network, including setting up email clients such as Outlook.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in desktop administration or IT technical support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
