Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals on the network.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory connectivity issues and manage group policies.
• Ensure compliance with company's security policies by implementing BitLocker encryption and antivirus updates.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in desktop administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
