About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Ability to ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure for end user.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of email clients such as Microsoft O365 and Outlook.
- Managing and resolving user hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
- Providing user-level support for Microsoft Windows and applications.
- Installation and configuration of Windows 11.
- Coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information, and acting as a point of contact between project teams and other stakeholders.
- Resolving hardware and network connectivity issues.
- Configuring local and network printers.
- Coordinating with manufacturers/providers to resolve hardware and software technical issues.
- Internet and LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
- Software troubleshooting, updates, and patch installation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 02 to 04 years of work experience.
- Good knowledge of trading and business applications, along with IT infrastructure support.
- Good knowledge of ticketing tools, help desk procedures, products, and services.
- Ability to ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure for end user.
- Knowledge of English and Hindi languages.
