Desktop Support Engineer

We are looking for a fresher Desktop Support Engineer to provide basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure Windows OS, applications, and drivers.
• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Assist senior engineers with onsite IT support.
• Maintain IT asset and service records.
• Handle user queries and resolve issues within the required timeline.
  
  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work in an onsite support environment.
