Job Summary


Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues through effective user interaction and problem analysis.
• Perform fault identification, issue resolution, escalation, and timely handling of user queries and complaints.
• Support hardware/software evaluations and IT infrastructure improvements, recommending upgrades and enhancements where required.
• Follow established technical support standards and processes while working independently within operational guidelines.
• Continuously improve support processes, develop technical knowledge, and share best practices and effective solutions with the team.
• Support and mentor junior team members, contribute to operational objectives, and demonstrate strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Technical Support or IT Operations, with a relevant professional/university degree.
