Role & responsibilities :
- Min 2years of experience as a Remote Support / Service Desk Engineer.
- Should have hands-on experience with Outlook Configuration.
- Given Remote support and ticketing tool experience.
- Troubleshooting, domain, and software support.
- The person will be giving centralised support to the client.
- Shift - 9 am - 6 pm (Fixed shift)
- Preferred - Male and Female.
- Shift - Day Shift
- Alternate Saturday off ( 2nd & 4th)
- Language - Hindi is a must who can understand
- Technical Graduate 2yrs experience considered after graduation.
