About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to desktop users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems using various tools such as ping, traceroute, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Desktop Support Engineer role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components (CPU, RAM, Storage) and networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in installing/configuring operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic software applications.
