Job Description
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L1 with 1.5+ years of relevant experience to provide end-user IT support and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, software, hardware, and basic network issues.
Key Skills
- Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting
- Windows OS support
- Hardware & software troubleshooting
- Printer & peripheral support
- Basic LAN/Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting
- User support & incident resolution
- Good communication skills
Work Details
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- Shift: 9 hours/day, rotational shifts
- Night Shift: No
- Interview: Virtual + Final Round F2F
- Joining: Immediate
Location Requirement
Candidates should preferably be located within 1015 km of the office and have excellent communication skills.
