Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical assistance to users through phone, email, or in-person visits for desktop-related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) such as Windows or macOS.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of system support principles and practices.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common desktop-related issues using various tools and techniques.
