Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical assistance to end-users on desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptop/desktop configuration, connectivity, and network problems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on laptops/desktops.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in IT support or system support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills for effective issue resolution.
