Job Summary:

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer – L1 to provide first-level technical support to end users and ensure smooth functioning of desktop, hardware, software and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 desktop and end-user support through phone, email and onsite assistance.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktop/laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot software and applications.
• Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP and network connectivity issues.
• Handle user account, password reset and access-related issues.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and coordinate with L2 teams when required.
• Log, update and close incidents and service requests within defined SLA.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to users.

Required Skills:

• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
• Desktop/Laptop Hardware Support
• MS Office / Outlook troubleshooting
• Basic Networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi
• Active Directory – basic knowledge
• Ticketing Tool / ITSM
• Printer & Peripheral troubleshooting
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Technical Support.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working from Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
