Role & responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and user-related issues.
- Strong experience with Active Directory (AD) user accounts, password resets, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (O365) and related applications.
- Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, including profiles, email setup, and connectivity issues.
- Good knowledge of OST/PST files, including backup, recovery, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with ticketing tools and following ITSM processes.
- Handle and prioritize tickets based on SLA and business impact.
- Provide support to multiple users and troubleshoot issues remotely/on-site.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills.
