Role & responsibilities
1. Good English communication skill
2. Solid customer interaction skills. A+ desktop or equivalent skillset
3. Strong knowledge of windows & MAC operating system environment
4. Good technical skills in solving server related issues
5. Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Networking
6. Good knowledge on MacBook support
7. Knowledge of WDS (Windows Deployment Service)
8. Knowledge of Outlook, O365 & exchange
9. Knowledge of group policy creation and modification
10. Coordinates with the on-call support provider and other vendors for call closure
11. Knowledge of ticketing tools (SUMMIT, Remedy, Service Now, etc.)
12. MCP/Other hardware-related certifications, ITIL Trained
Graduate degree, technical college or equivalent
