Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and basic network systems, and supporting end users with day-to-day IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and standard applications
• Handle basic networking issues including LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity
• Support and set up video conferencing systems and tools
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and basic preventive maintenance
• Configure and manage user accounts and permissions
• Assist users with login issues, password resets, and access problems

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in desktop / IT support
• Strong hardware and networking knowledge
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
• Basic networking knowledge (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
• Experience supporting video conferencing setups
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environment
• Good understanding of Windows OS installation and configuration
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
