About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical assistance to users through phone, email, or in-person visits for desktop-related issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on laptops and desktops using various tools and techniques.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on client devices.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or other teams as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in IT support or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
