Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  
• Perform OS installations (Windows) and perform basic networking tasks such as configuring Outlook email clients.
  
• Troubleshoot common problems with printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
