Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop, laptop, printer issues and LAN troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools and techniques.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or third-party vendors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 2-5 years of experience in desktop support engineering.
• Strong knowledge of laptop support, printer support, and LAN troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
