Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve LAN connectivity problems on Windows operating systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, updating, and configuring desktops to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or related field.
• Strong knowledge of LAN networking fundamentals and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows operating systems.
