Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  
• Troubleshoot common problems with operating systems (Windows), applications, and network connectivity.
  
• Perform onsite visits for equipment installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of desktop devices.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
  
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, including ticketing system updates and follow-up actions.
