Qualification:- Any Graduate

Experience:- 1+ Years

Notice Period:- Early Joiners Preffered

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Desktop Support and End-User Computing
• Hands-on experience providing hardware support using ticketing and access tools
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, VPN connectivity and hardware/software troubleshooting
• Experience in user account management, password resets, Active Directory and printer support
• Basic understanding of network connectivity, email configuration and remote troubleshooting techniques
• Strong communication, customer service and incident management skills with the ability to resolve issues within SLA.
