Role & responsibilities

Job Location-Jodhpur/Sirohi-Nathdwara

Exp-1+yrs

Qula- Any Graduate/Poly Diploma

* Logged and Tracked request in the ticketing system for timely resolution.

*Provide solution on raised Tickets.

*Delivered Remote and on-site support to end users.

*Install, Configure, and Troubleshoot Operating System.

*Support MS Office and Outlook.

* Handle user account setup, password resets, and access requests.

*Install, configure, and maintain hardware(Desktop/Laptop, printer/CCtv etc), software, and operating systems Support Active Directory (user accounts, Group policies, password resets) .

*Diagnose network connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) etc. Perform routine checks on systems, network connectivity, and critical applications.

8Categorize and prioritize incidents based on severity.

*Assist users with login issues, email access, and application errors.

*Provide Internal Application support etc,
